The main objective is to create a holistic service ecosystem that will average users closer to smart mobile phone experiences. According to industry sources, Micromax focuses in offering the best quality services to consumers by partnering with leading tech companies such as IndusOS, Healthifyme, Ixigo and others to strategically develop deployments of software.
Their ‘inOne’ is the flagship product and it offers a platform for users to access a large number of apps on diverse categories, from travel, shopping, deals, cabs to news, games and recharge. One Labs has also create an amazing chatbot solution and named it One Assistant. The package servicesa are offered with the inOne virtual assistant format.
In a recently released comparison document, the company shows how the One Assistant is capable of outperforming the Google Assistant and Siri in numerous cases. In the future mobile phones, iOne will come as a pre-embedded add-on in the mobile phones. This will further boost the features available in the Android platform.
Vikas Jain, the co-founder of Micromax Informatics said that their main aim was bring in innovations through introduction of advanced software and services to add more features to the devices. He further said that the company is now focusing on developing software and services that serve as effective solutions to meet the needs of new-age consumers.
